Keto Friendly Pickle Hoagie

 Sometimes it seems the most difficult part of packing your lunch is making a sandwich when you cannot use bread! 

What to do, what to do?

Well....  we recommend a Pickle Hoagie!

This is a super easy Alternative sandwich.  Customize it whichever way you like! 

RECIPE

  1. Take one or our Medium/Large whole seasoned pickles (any flavor) and slice it lengthwise to open the top (hoagie) or simply slice it in half (sandwich). 
  2. For a firm and crisp hoagie, take a spoon and scoop out the seeds and soft innards and discard.
  3. Stuff your hoagie with your favorite sliced meat(s), tomato slices and/or cheese. 
  4. Avoid those extra calories in the condiments, as the seasoned pickle will give you all the FLAVOR you need.
  5. Enjoy your Hoagie!  Bon Appetit!
